ALBERTA INDIGENOUS GAMES - AUG 7 - AUGUST 15, 2026 

Spirit Employment & Training Edmonton Inc. is currently seeking 15 Security Guards to fill positions in Edmonton, AB. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular driving patrols 
• Perform regular foot patrols as required on the job site.
• Generate incident reports and maintain a daily notebook.
• Adhere to site operating policies and procedures.
• Identify and report any safety hazards or unauthorized personnel as required.

Experience and Education:

• Possess a valid security license. (Training can be provided to the right candidate to obtain a security license.)
• Possess a valid Class 5 Alberta driver's license- is not a must.
• Additional experience and training in the field of security is an asset.

Essential Skills:

• Be in good physical condition
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have excellent public relations skills
• Be able to apply the training that you receive
• Be able to work independently as well as being able to contribute to the security team
• Be able to think on your feet and deal with any situation
• Be able to assess, prioritize and act quickly in the field
