Spirit Employment & Training Edmonton Inc. is currently seeking 15 Security Guards to fill positions in Edmonton, AB.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular driving patrols
- Perform regular foot patrols as required on the job site.
- Generate incident reports and maintain a daily notebook.
- Adhere to site operating policies and procedures.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or unauthorized personnel as required.
Experience and Education:
- Possess a valid security license. (Training can be provided to the right candidate to obtain a security license.)
- Possess a valid Class 5 Alberta driver's license- is not a must.
- Additional experience and training in the field of security is an asset.
Essential Skills:
- Be in good physical condition
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have excellent public relations skills
- Be able to apply the training that you receive
- Be able to work independently as well as being able to contribute to the security team
- Be able to think on your feet and deal with any situation
- Be able to assess, prioritize and act quickly in the field
