Role Summary:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue by identifying new business opportunities, managing inbound leads, and nurturing relationships with prospective clients. This is a high-impact, metrics-driven role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, email outreach, and follow-up on marketing-generated inquiries. 
- Conduct virtual product demos and presentations to educate prospects on solutions and value propositions. 
- Manage a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). 
- Maintain strong knowledge of product offerings and market trends. 
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and KPIs. 
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and outside sales teams to optimize the sales process. 
- Provide feedback on lead quality and conversion trends to marketing and product teams. 
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of inside sales 
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. 
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. 
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets. 
- Business degree preferred but not required.
